The role of Lifestyle Medicine is rooted in preventive healthcare, focusing on guiding patients to optimize their nutrition, exercise, mental health, and sleep within the context of their health diagnoses. Our approach involves establishing an initial care plan on what aspects of your health you want to work on, and setting achievable goals for your next appointment. We will have ‘check-ins’ every few months to assess your progress and optimize your current recommendations.


Check out our community health events every Saturday! We currently have weekly workout classes at 201 W Kenyon Road, every Saturday at 10AM. Details of each event will be posted on our social platforms.
