Executive Directors
The Avicenna Executive Directors mediate the relationship between the Avicenna Board of Directors and the volunteer team leaders. They work to improve inter-team communication and promote collaboration, support team leaders in their initiatives, and help guide organization-level goals
Michelle Mao
Michelle is currently a third-year medical student at the Carle Illinois College of Medicine. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of California, Davis in Biomedical Engineering.
Priya Shankarappa
Priya is currently a fourth-year medical student at the Carle Illinois College of Medicine. She completed her undergraduate degree at Northwestern University in Chemistry.
