Paige Tewell
I am a senior at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where I am majoring in Crop Sciences with a concentration in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. I started at Avicenna in 2023 as a Lab Services volunteer. I have been a certified phlebotomist since 2021 where I have worked at multiple hospitals. I care strongly about providing healthcare resources to the underserved in all areas. I am involved in other groups at UIUC ranging from providing medical screenings to servicing students from rural areas. I plan to continue working in the healthcare field and hope to serve rural and underrepresented areas.
