Nicholas Nguyen

Nick is from Fairfax, Virginia and graduated from Virginia Tech with his Bachelor’s in Biological Systems Engineering. He was a part of the Avicenna Lifestyle Medicine team in 2021 and served as director from 2022-2024. He has an interest in preventative care, community medicine, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Diana Wu

Diana is from Bettendorf, Iowa.  She graduated from Illinois Tech with a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and a certificate in leadership studies.  She was a part of the Avicenna Lifestyle Medicine team in 2020 and director from 2021 - 2023.  She is interested in addressing obstacles present with rural medicine, incorporating preventative care, improving access to healthcare, and minimizing housing and food insecurity.
