Nicholas Delgado

Nicholas Delgado is a junior at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign majoring in Chemistry and Molecular & Cellular Biology with a minor in Integrative Biology. He became a certified phlebotomist in 2024, gaining clinical experience at OSF HealthCare before joining Avicenna Community Health Center as a volunteer in 2025. As he steps into the role of Co-Director of the Lab Services Team, Nicholas is committed to supporting high-quality patient care and is passionate about expanding access to healthcare for underserved members of the community. Following graduation, Nicholas plans to attend medical school.
