How much does it cost?

Nothing. Avicenna Community Health Center (ACHC) provides free services to the uninsured members of our community.

What can ACHC do for me?

Currently, ACHC provides:

• Blood pressure and glucose screenings
• One-on-one consultations with ACHC doctors and nutritionists
• Direct referrals to local medical facilities
• Diet and nutrition information
